I'm working on it right now.  Soon.  We certainly need to run it round  
at least once before the Malaga meeting (which I'm not currently

Depends on how detailed you want to get.  I certainly have no problems  
pushing the general concepts, I'm just not handing the document out  
yet, even to people in SDSS and JISC.
