[mdx] What next with MDX

https://www.ietf.org/tao.html is the overall IETF for dummies, https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2223 is how to write RFCs, and https://www.ietf.org/ietf-ftp/1id-guidelines.txt is guidelines.

I would say (assuming Chad would be happy with this) just change the editor to be yourself, and then add a bit in the Acknowledgements section acknowledging Chad's initial work on the document. That should cover things.

(Other longer-standing IETFers (*looks at Leif*) than myself please correct me if I'm wrong..)
