Okay then. A simple wording change should do the trick:

s/a mapping between them/a mapping from each hashed entityID to the
corresponding entity descriptor/

s/map each transformed identifier on the auxiliary list to an
entityID/map each transformed identifier on the auxiliary list to the
corresponding entity descriptor/
