[mdx] Public review of Concepts & Architecture?

Do we have any idea when the Concepts and/or Architecture papers will be
ready for circulation?

I've started the 'warming up' process and, as you might expect, folks
are curious to read something concrete. A rough idea of dates would help
the 'expectations management' part of this.
