Thank you, Ian, for your revised version!

If I remember correctly we also talked at the end of the meeting to cut
down the number of pages by trying to condense especially chapter 1 and 2.

Josh, do you see a chance to find time to work in this direction so a
shorter version would be ready for the GN3 meeting mid next week?
