[mdx] Next Steps

Ian and I talked about how to proceed with the MDX and MD Query
protocol yesterday.

Our current intention is to proceed with the implementation I've
already started and try to use our clients with my codebase and Lief's
in order to demonstrate at least some level of interoperability.
We'll also hopefully shake out some more issues from the protocol
itself by doing this.

Once that is complete we'll discuss about what the next steps, in
regards to the IETF submission should be.
